There are many forms of on-the-job training for kindergarten teachers. In China, kindergarten teachers often have the following types of on-the-job training:

1. The Ministry of Education, the education authorities of relevant ministries and commissions of provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and the State Council, and kindergartens organized seminars and reading classes on various topics;

2 by the Ministry of education in conjunction with the provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and the State Council, the relevant ministries and commissions in charge of education to co-ordinate arrangements for preschool teachers to accept advanced teachers to learn;

3. Carry out inter-school cooperation and lecture activities, organize mutual lectures, observe teaching, hold experimental research reports, professional academic lectures and special discussions, and train teachers each other;

4. Send teachers to study abroad or hire foreign experts to give lectures in China;

5. Institutions of higher learning hold correspondence education, publishing education and evening universities;

6. A remedial class led by a teacher with professional expertise, with the school teaching and research group as the unit, or through personal self-study to meet the business qualification requirements.
