In order to strengthen the management of rural construction craftsman training and ensure the quality and safety of rural housing construction, Jinjiang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau entrusted Quanzhou Light Industry Vocational College to carry out rural construction craftsman training, covering professional knowledge such as industry laws and regulations, architectural drawing reading, construction technology, construction quality and safety, and focusing on publicizing relevant policies in Fujian Province.

Since 202 1, a total of 1942 rural construction craftsmen in the city have participated in the centralized training and obtained the training certificate of rural construction craftsmen in Jinjiang City. In 2022, 553 new craftsmen were trained. Through training, the vast number of rural construction craftsmen have further improved their knowledge level of construction engineering, strengthened their awareness of construction safety and quality, and effectively guaranteed the technical strength of low-rise rural housing construction.
