Every insurance company basically has its own training team, usually lecturers trained by agents. So people who don't need to hire training institutions are specially trained, because people in other institutions don't understand insurance clauses. Only occasionally will people from other institutions be invited to talk about it, mainly in sales skills and psychological construction.
