Where to go in career choice?

Especially in the IT industry, most people give up their major. Many IT graduates are engaged in other industries such as intermediary, logistics and factories. The most contradictory thing is that the IT industry is developing at a high speed, the talent gap is huge, and the IT industry is also a high-paying industry.

So what is the reason for countless college students to waste four years, give up high-paying and promising industries and engage in a strange industry from scratch?

I have been engaged in the IT industry for many years, and now I am engaged in IT human services in Shanghai Yisheng. Through contact with some recent graduates, I have deep feelings. The main reasons are divided into two aspects:

First, from parents, many parents want their children to stay with them after graduation from college. I don't want my children to develop much, as long as they are healthy and safe. So many parents will find good jobs for their children through their own relationships. This part of the work is basically comfortable, of course, most of it is non-professional. This phenomenon is actually quite helpless, the helplessness of the only child! Parents want everything around them to be irrelevant. Many families are not in big cities, and the IT industry is relatively weak, which also makes it difficult to find opportunities even if you want to engage in this direction.

Secondly, due to their own reasons, universities in China combine leniency with severity, which leads to many college students not studying hard at school. Sleep until you wake up naturally every day and play with hand cramps! This is the truest portrayal of many people in college. In this way, by the time they graduate, they have lost confidence in their professional work.

Third, there is another kind of people who are fooled into doing other industries when looking for a job, especially insurance, technical support and sales. This kind of occupation generally has a large turnover of personnel. The company has a large demand and a low starting salary, but the general company will package itself in various ways. Then all kinds of brainwashing, but you think this is a very promising industry. In the end, many people were fooled into it. The most important thing is that many graduates have a job in front of you after being rejected many times, feeling that it is arranged by heaven. So I entered the business.

Fourth, finally, there is a person who is looking for a job casually. As long as you can make a living, everything depends on the weather.

In either case, please note that 75.3% of people have been engaged in this industry since their first job. So please pay attention to one of your jobs! If you find that your job is not what you like or has no future, the sooner you transform, the better!

If it is the first person: what I want to say is that young people should come out and make a breakthrough. You can pursue your ideals more freely when you are young, but it is not easy to get out when you have a home and a house. Even if I want to go back to my hometown in the future, at least I have experienced and pursued it.

If it is the second person: for technical reasons, I don't think this is a problem. As long as you are willing to work hard, technology can certainly be learned. Learning technology is not like art, and it is impossible without talent. Technology can be learned slowly as long as you are willing to learn it. This is my years of development experience (I have experienced and brought many new people myself since I graduated in 2004). If you can't calm down while studying, or need help, you can attend a training class. Although it is very hot, many training courses are from scammers. But most of them are ok. I can recommend a Shanghai Yisheng here (I worked as a training manager here, even if I am an old melon seller). If the organization is entangled, do one thing: audition. Listen and see (usually 3-5 days, don't pay the organization in any way during this period). If you can learn rhythm and other aspects, it is still possible. If you can teach yourself, you can teach yourself. You must pay attention to actual combat when you teach yourself. Don't just watch and do nothing. You can't pass the interview without actual combat.

If it is the third kind of person: being fooled, change industries quickly, and don't keep dragging on. Finally, there is no way to change.

If it is the fourth kind of person, then I have nothing to say. Chicken soup for the soul means little to them.

Finally, I hope everyone can think rationally when making a choice. Not random. After all, about your life.
