Brief introduction: Huai 'an Culture and Art School was founded in 1958, formerly known as Huaiyin Conservatory of Music. 1984 Approved by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province, the Ministry of Education put it on record as a secondary specialized school. 1993 was renamed Huaiyin Culture and Art School.
