Shanghai Youth Management Cadre College is an independent adult college directly under the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, under the dual leadership of the Communist Youth League Committee and the Municipal Education Commission. Formerly known as Shanghai Youth League School, it was founded in 195 1. Approved by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government 1985, it took the lead in transforming into a youth management cadre college in China.
