Work safety in production should be people-oriented, adhere to people-oriented and life-first, give priority to ensuring people's life safety, firmly establish the concept of safe development, adhere to the policy of safety first, prevention first and comprehensive management, and prevent and resolve major safety risks from the source.
Safety production must be jointly managed by industry, enterprises and production, strengthen and implement the main responsibility of production and business units and the responsibility of government supervision, and establish a mechanism for production and business units to be responsible, employees to participate, government supervision, industry self-discipline and social supervision.
Safety in production is not just a matter for the safety management department. The new "Safety Production Law" clarifies the requirement that "all industries, businesses and production should be safe", and safety production will become the responsibility of all employees in the enterprise.
Industry must be in charge of safety, and it is clear that safety production is not only the responsibility of emergency management department, but also the responsibility of industry safety supervision and management. Management business must be in charge of safety, that is, except the main person in charge of the enterprise is the first responsible person, other deputies should be responsible for safety production according to the business in charge; To manage production and operation, we must manage safety, that is, we must pay attention to both safety and safety, otherwise, in the event of an accident, the person in charge of production will be responsible.
