There are many grass-roots operation positions in the logistics industry. Presumably, in other industries, this basic type of work has greater freedom, and it is still an acceptable position compared with some graduates who prefer to walk around and endure hardships.
According to Huayu, Jiaji, Tongcheng and Jiayi, large-scale LTL logistics companies, the companies that are recruiting now generally have recruitment opportunities at any time, and their workplaces are all over the country, but they can try to go to their favorite cities. After Huayu was acquired by TNT, it experienced several ups and downs. Now it is relatively stable, with a large family business and a foreign investment background. If you can keep your feet on the ground for a few years, you may be able to climb a good post. Cargill is a purely domestic private enterprise, and its development momentum has been good. However, it has the same feature as other companies, that is, they are basically the bosses of Jiamusi, with more or less family management, and the northeast people account for the vast majority of the country. Tongcheng has just been acquired by the new era, which belongs to the foreign capital background and may have more development opportunities. Jiayi is a company with regional characteristics in Shandong Province, and it is not the second choice in Shandong Province, but compared with the previous ones, its development is lagging behind, so if you are from Shandong Province, you might as well choose this one.
As for third-party enterprises, logistics companies such as Baogong, Hutchison Whampoa, China Merchants, Sinotrans, etc. There is also a lot of work. It is not difficult to apply for junior positions. As long as you pay attention to their job advertisements on 5 1job or Zhilian, or directly log on to their company website to inquire about the latest recruitment plan, you will generally have an interview opportunity. Other large and medium-sized enterprises generally publish recruitment information online.
As for 100-200 small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, it is not recommended that you go. It is difficult to learn and develop because of management and development. Generally, after working hard in big companies for several years, you will transfer to these companies to get a good position. Of course, the main reason is that wages are rising.
Import and export enterprises have higher requirements for English. Your English level should be medium, but first you need more work experience. Secondly, although the economic crisis has eased, the import and export business is still at a low ebb, which is 80-90% higher than that before the economic crisis, so they still stay in recruiting grass-roots employees.
