I. Fees
Kindergartens can collect conservation education fees (hereinafter referred to as education fees), accommodation fees and service fees, as well as fees approved by the provincial government. Specifically:
(1) education fee. Education fee refers to the fees charged by kindergartens for providing children with conservation education services. Mainly used for staff salaries, allowances, subsidies and benefits, social security costs, official expenses, business expenses, repair costs and other normal garden expenses. It does not include abnormal expenses such as disaster losses, accidents and operating expenses.
(2) Accommodation fee. Accommodation fee refers to the fees charged by boarding kindergartens for providing accommodation services for children who voluntarily enter the park.
(3) service fee. The service fee refers to the fee charged by the kindergarten for providing services to the children in the park after completing the normal teaching tasks and being voluntarily selected by the parents of the children. 1. Meals: If kindergartens provide meals for children in the park, they can charge meals (including nutrition points). Meals are charged and settled on a monthly basis. Kindergartens should announce their income and expenditure to their parents before the next month 15. 2. School bus transfer fee: adhere to the principle of voluntariness, and the kindergarten and parents will sign an agreement to clarify the charging standard and the rights and obligations of both parties.
(4) charge on behalf of. Agency fee refers to the fee charged and paid by the kindergarten for the service provider on the premise that parents are willing to provide convenience for children's life in the park. 1. Accidental injury insurance premium: Accidental injury insurance premium that individuals voluntarily join and collected and remitted by kindergartens. 2. Bedding expenses. When new students enter the park, the cost of bedding such as bedding, bed sheets and quilt covers voluntarily selected by parents will be uniformly shared and charged at one time, according to the actual purchase price.
In addition to education fees, accommodation fees, service fees and fees on behalf of the project, the kindergarten shall not charge any other fees to the parents of young children. Kindergartens are not allowed to charge parents for special education such as experimental classes, special classes, interest classes, after-school training classes, parent-child classes, etc., and are not allowed to charge parents for sponsorship fees, donated tuition fees, school building construction fees, education cost compensation fees and other fees linked to enrollment in any name.
