2. Draw a circle in word. If you can't guarantee to draw a circle, you can hold down the shift key and draw a circle directly.
3. Select the circle you drew, and select "Shape Fill" as white and "Shape Outline" as red.
4. After completing the circle setting, select "WordArt" in the "Insert" menu to set the appropriate artistic font for your seal. Then enter the font in the pop-up text box, and I will directly enter "XX Limited Liability Company".
5. Select WordArt, select "Transform" in "Text Effect" and "Upper Arc" in "Follow Path", and adjust the font and text format with your circle to match the circle.
6. Next, it's time to draw a five-pointed star. Select "Shape" from the Insert menu, and select "Five-pointed Star" from the shape.
7. Draw a five-pointed star in the middle of the circle and change its filling color and outline to red.
8. Insert the wordart, choose the same font as before, enter the "Administrative Chapter", adjust the font size and text style, and put it directly under the five-pointed star.
9. This official seal is finished, but your official seal can't be moved yet. You need to combine them, select all the objects, and choose the combination in the page layout, so that your official seal can be moved.
