Shenzhen Institute of Real Estate and Property Management (formerly Shenzhen Real Estate Management Training Center, hereinafter referred to as the Institute) was established in 1990. 1992 1 1 Approved by the Real Estate Department of the former Ministry of Construction, the "Shenzhen National Real Estate Industry Training Center" was established. At present, the Association is the deputy secretary-general unit of china property management institute and Guangdong Property Management Association, and the vice-president unit of Shenzhen Property Management Association. It is the first professional training institution in China to carry out real estate and property management training. At the same time, the institute also has the first independently registered "Shenzhen Property Management Research Institute" in China.

Over the past 20 years, as a unit directly under the planning, land and real estate management of Shenzhen Municipal Government, the College has been directly entrusted by the government and industry associations all the year round, undertaking training in planning, land and real estate management, property management training, laws and regulations training, induction training for new civil servants, law enforcement supervision training, quality training for managers, continuing education for civil servants, etc., with tens of thousands of trainees and accumulated rich experience in special training for government projects and property management training. It has made a special contribution to China's planning, land, real estate and property management training.
