Baby use
For newborns (0-3 months), we do not recommend using any essential oil. Babies over 3 months old can use 1 drop lavender essential oil for aromatherapy. But for the sake of safety, we still need to be cautious. Children (1-6 years old) can use mild essential oils, such as lavender and sweet orange, about 2 drops each time. Most essential oils used by children and adults over 6 years old are suitable, but the amount should be controlled at about 3 or 4 drops.
Efficacy of essential oil aromatherapy
Essential oil aromatherapy is completely volatile, which can quickly penetrate the skin and improve human function. It can help clear away heat and toxic materials, clean skin, remove spots and whiten skin, and promote the regeneration and recovery of damaged tissues. In addition, through incense, essential oil molecules can spread to all corners, purify the air and relieve lung discomfort.
Matters needing attention
Because the baby's immune ability is weak, it is necessary to avoid using aromatherapy prematurely. Even if it is to relieve cold symptoms, it should be used moderately or even avoided. If the baby is unwell, it is still the best choice to seek the help of a doctor in time.
