The initial training shall be completed within the probation period, and the time shall not be less than 12 days. Newly recruited civil servants who have not participated in the initial training or training examination and failed the examination shall not be graded.
Initial training, also known as "pre-job training", is the training conducted by the training department for newly hired civil servants during the probation period. The purpose of training is to make the newly hired civil servants familiar with and understand the work to be done.
