1, daily safety meeting

(1) The safety meeting of the company shall be presided over by the Quality and Safety Department once every quarter, and the safety manager of the company, the heads of relevant departments, the project manager, the branch manager and the safety heads of their functional departments (posts) shall attend. Summarize the safety production situation in the first quarter, analyze the existing problems, and arrange the key points of safety work in the next quarter.

(2) The company holds a safety work meeting at the end of each year to summarize the achievements and shortcomings of safety production in the past year, commend the advanced collectives and individuals of safety production this year, and arrange the safety work tasks for the next year.

(3) Each project department holds a safety meeting once a month, which is presided over by the safety department (post) of this project department, and attended by the leaders in charge of safety, the heads of relevant departments (posts) and outsourcing units. Content: convey the safety production documents and information of the superior; Summarize the safety work last month and put forward the existing problems; Arrange the key points of safety work in the current month and put forward corresponding preventive measures. Popularize typical experience and advanced deeds in construction, educate class cadres and construction personnel with accidents in construction, and learn from them. The security department shall keep the minutes of the meeting.

(4) Each team should speak at the pre-shift meeting, foresee the current unsafe factors, analyze the situation in security team, and study the arrangement measures. Achieve "three deliveries and one clean" (that is, delivery of construction tasks, delivery of construction environment, delivery of safety measures, and delivery of the ideological and physical conditions of employees in this class).

(5) Each project department must carry out weekly safety day activities by project body, functional post and team, with no less than 2 hours each time, and it shall not be used for other purposes.

(6) The pre-shift safety speech and weekly safety activity day activities should be led, planned, content-oriented, and recorded to prevent going through the motions.

(7) Workers must attend weekly safety activity days, and leaders at all levels and relevant personnel of departments must regularly attend safety activity days of grass-roots teams to keep abreast of problems existing in safety production.

Weekly safety day activities:

A. Summarize last week's safety production situation, arrange this week's safety production requirements, and praise good deeds in safety production;

B, discuss and analyze typical accidents, sum up experience and lessons, find out the cause of the accident, and formulate preventive measures;

C. Conduct anti-accident drills and on-the-job training, and organize various safety technical performances;

D, check the implementation of safety rules and regulations, to eliminate hidden dangers of accidents;

E, combined with the safety production situation of this unit, actively put forward safety rationalization suggestions;

F, study safety production documents, notices, safety regulations and safety technical knowledge;

Fourth, safety education.

1, level 3 safety education

Must carry out three-level safety education, and pass the examination before taking up their posts.

(1) The time of safety education at the first level (company level) shall not be less than 15 class hours, and its educational contents shall be:
