In the training, what impressed me most was Shi Jinghui's lecture on teachers' happiness. She told us nine things about modern teachers, that is, to learn, to reflect on life, to have the spirit of teaching reform, to have a great love, to be able to write, to be eloquent, to pay attention to details, to pay attention to home-school cooperation, and even to have a good attitude, a positive attitude and a happy attitude. Teacher Shi explained to us how to be a happy scholar and how to be a teacher in China from these nine aspects.
