This regulation stipulates the safe operation and power consumption of lead-acid batteries in the production process, and puts forward specific requirements for its main problems.
2. Scope of application
This procedure is applicable to the main safe operation of each process of lead-acid battery.
3. Operating procedures
3. 1 Every employee must wear masks, gloves, work clothes and other labor protection articles issued by the company, and constantly strengthen the awareness of self-labor protection.
3.2 At work, environmental protection equipment must be started according to regulations, and attention should be paid to the inspection and maintenance of environmental protection equipment to ensure the normal operation of environmental protection equipment.
3.3 Do a good job in cleaning the workbench, ground, various equipment, facilities and environment of the workshop, so as to wipe, sweep, sprinkle and clean frequently, and ensure the workshop is clean and civilized.
3.4 All kinds of equipment and facilities in the workshop shall be maintained normally according to regulations to ensure the normal operation of all kinds of production equipment.
3.5 The storage point of oxygen cylinders must be more than three meters away from the fire source. It is forbidden to touch oxygen cylinders with greasy hands, wrenches and other tools to avoid explosion and other dangers.
3.6 When using liquefied gas, if the spray gun backfires, the rubber tube should be bent immediately to prevent an explosion accident.
3.7 When preparing dilute sulfuric acid solution, just pour a certain amount of pure water into the container, and then slowly pour a certain amount of concentrated sulfuric acid into the container filled with water. Generally, the temperature is not allowed to exceed 60℃. If it exceeds, concentrated acid can be suspended. Only when the temperature drops to normal temperature can it be used. Avoid sulfuric acid explosion and burn in acid-related work operations. If the sulfuric acid solution is accidentally splashed on the skin, it should be diluted and washed with soapy water or clear water as soon as possible, and it is forbidden to dry the skin.
3.8 Strictly control the charging and discharging time to prevent overcharging or overdischarge. No open flame is allowed in the charging and discharging operation area to prevent hydrogen explosion. The words "No Fireworks" should be written on the wall, and all kinds of electrical circuits must be set reasonably to avoid wheel crushing or other damage, so as to avoid short circuit and fire burning people, equipment and houses.
3.9 Raw materials, finished products and transport vehicles should be positioned and placed neatly, and the safe passage should be unimpeded. All kinds of raw materials, finished products, equipment and facilities should be handled carefully, and the products should be carefully processed to achieve "three no injuries", that is, they will not hurt themselves, others and all kinds of property.
3. 10 After work, close all water, electricity, gas, fire sources, doors and windows in the workshop, and do a good job in fire prevention, theft prevention, weatherproofing and lightning protection to ensure the safety of all systems in the company.
4. Use electricity safely
4. 1 The design, installation and line load of power lines must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the power sector, and the installation should be standardized, and the power cord should not be connected privately.
4.2 Electrical equipment and devices shall be inspected or approved by inspection institutions designated by the state, and meet the corresponding environmental requirements and use grade requirements.
4.3 Equipment and electrical lines shall meet the load capacity of the lines, and any electrical equipment shall not be overloaded or used with faults.
4.4 Three-phase power supply balance should be considered for electrical equipment to improve the load capacity of the line.
4.5 Distribution box and switch box shall be inspected and maintained once a month. Inspection and maintenance personnel must be professional electricians, wear insulating articles and use electrical insulating tools when working.
4.6 When inspecting and repairing the distribution box and switch box, the corresponding power switch at the next higher level must be cut off, and a power outage sign board should be hung. Live working is prohibited.
4.7 All kinds of electrical boxes are not allowed to place any sundries and keep them clean, and other temporary electrical equipment shall not be hung in the box.
4.8 When replacing the fuse melt, it is forbidden to use a melt that does not meet the original specifications for replacement.
4.9 Cable lines should be buried through pipes or laid overhead along walls and poles, and it is forbidden to be exposed along the ground.
4. The switch operation of10 distribution room must obey the power dispatching command. Each low-voltage distribution switch shall not be opened or closed at will. Prevent equipment and personal safety accidents.
4. 1 1 measurement, repair and maintenance of gas equipment are not allowed to be operated with electricity, and protective measures should be taken. There should be two people at the same time, one for operation and one for supervision.
4. The representation of12 discharge power supply should be clear and the wiring should be standardized. Prevent heavy pressure from breaking.
4. 13 Equipment with leakage should be equipped with leakage protectors to prevent electric shock accidents.
