Abstract: This is an era of intelligent economy. As an operation module, human resources play an important role in the economic benefits of enterprises, and the development and management of human resources are becoming more and more important. With the rapid development of global integration and information economy, the domestic talent market has also been impacted to some extent. Especially in this era of globalization, enterprises have gradually become an open and cooperative social organization, and resource sharing has become the social norm. Talent cultivation is one of the key problems faced by enterprises. Therefore, this paper will take Kunlun E-sports Technology (Hainan) Co., Ltd. as an example, and take the problems existing in employee training and development as the starting point to study the training and development model system, training effect evaluation and employee personal career planning.
