I. Safety in production
Power enterprises always adhere to the policy of "safety first, prevention first and comprehensive management", and strictly control and prevent accidents to ensure personal and equipment safety is the primary work of power departments. In the process of operating and maintaining equipment with my master for many times, I strictly implemented the electric power safety work regulations, carefully analyzed various difficulties in safety work, and formulated conscious, targeted and focused safety measures according to the characteristics of each task. In addition, we should seriously study the safety study organized by teams and groups, carefully understand, seriously discuss and analyze the safety accident cases inside and outside the factory over the years, learn from them and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

In school, we learn more theoretical knowledge, but less about objects and examples. The integration of theory with practice is not enough, and the theory is divorced from practice, which is not conducive to in-depth research. Outstanding performance in the power electrical system, boiler operation system, steam turbine generator set, excitation system, speed control system and other structures have a greater perceptual knowledge.
2. Improve professional skills
During the operation of the unit, I followed the team leader to learn how to patrol the equipment, master the precautions in the patrol process and the use of operating instruments. Under the leadership of the masters, I slowly began to learn disk monitoring and some simple operations, the objects to be monitored in the process of disk monitoring, the normal running state of the equipment and how to dynamically judge and deal with the unit failure according to the parameters. During the duty, the masters should ask me questions and give careful guidance so as to learn a simple operation every six hours. At the same time, do a good job in accident prediction during the on-duty period, grasp the current situation of the whole plant equipment, and strengthen the monitoring of defective equipment.
During the maintenance of the unit, accompany the master to do the safety measures for the unit maintenance and learn how to restore the safety measures after the maintenance work. These tasks need to be taken seriously and carefully checked to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit. I have participated in the start-up and shutdown operation of the unit for many times, and have a certain understanding of the process of start-up, the machinery, electricity and furnace systems that need to be inspected and operated, and the matters needing attention in the operation process.
Under the guidance of my master, I further studied and mastered the electrical secondary diagram and relay protection principle, thoroughly studied the basic working principles of excitation system and speed regulation system of turbogenerator, and became familiar with the working principles and operating characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler. During the maintenance of the unit, I also learned the instrument knowledge from the master, and mastered the working principle and calibration method of measuring elements such as power transmitter, frequency transmitter, pressure gauge and digital display meter. And I have mastered the arrangement and basic operating values of electric and non-electric measuring points of two units in our factory, and at the same time mastered the use methods of some equipment. During my work, I also accompanied the master to use the unit downtime to carry out various actual combat simulation operations. At work, the master often asks me to be the person in charge of the work, think about problems by myself, know how to deal with them in the face, arouse my enthusiasm for solving them alone, and give me a lot of room for thinking. Since I entered the factory, the team has allowed me to grow, make progress and improve. 1. The theoretical understanding of the production process of thermal power plants is not deep enough. The integrated operation of centralized control requires a wide range of knowledge for employees, including electrical knowledge, thermal knowledge and basic chemical knowledge, but the professional knowledge is not deep enough. In the future, we should continue to strengthen the study of professional knowledge, strive to achieve the requirements of "one specialty and many functions" as soon as possible, improve the comprehensive ability and adapt to the development of power plants.
2. In the usual work, although I participated in a lot of specific work, in view of the different division of labor during the operation of the unit, my understanding of the whole system is still at the theoretical level, and my study of the system is still scattered, lacking a clear understanding of the whole, so I can't be independently responsible for important and complicated equipment.

3. Not paying enough attention to social science and technology information and not knowing much. We should learn as much as possible about the information of the same industry through multiple channels to keep up with the technological update speed of the power industry today.
