Make an education plan
Schools should regard safety knowledge education as an important part of school safety work, abandon the idea of carrying out safety education in isolation, consider safety education in the context of school quality education, incorporate it into the content system of school quality education, formulate education plans and innovate educational means according to the characteristics of students' age, physiology, psychology and geographical location, and push school safety education to a normal, standardized and scientific track.
02
Hold a training meeting
The school organizes all the teaching staff to carry out special safety management training at least once every academic year. There should be safety issues at the weekly staff meeting. Make the teaching staff familiar with the safety rules and regulations, master the common sense of safety rescue, and learn the ways and means to guide students to prevent accidents, save themselves, escape and emergency avoidance. Schools should strengthen the construction of teachers' morality, educate teaching staff to abide by professional ethics, establish a good moral and behavior style, and may not discriminate, insult, beat, corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form.
03
Pay attention to time education
Schools should focus on safety education for students before school starts and holidays. After new students enter the school, the school should help students understand the relevant safety system and regulations of the school in time. Daily combined with seasonal characteristics, make full use of the carriers such as speeches under the national flag, blackboard newspaper, publicity column and campus broadcast, strengthen the "1530" mode, focus on "waterproof, fire prevention, theft prevention, earthquake prevention, infectious disease prevention, traffic accident prevention and food poisoning prevention", and concentrate on developing safety knowledge through "watching video warning films and theme class meetings".
04
Conduct emergency drills
One more drill at ordinary times will give you more hope in the face of danger. Schools should carry out emergency drills such as "anti-trampling, anti-earthquake, fire safety, anti-debris flow, anti-terror, extreme rain and snow weather" at least once a month (kindergarten every quarter), and schools above primary school should form normalization and improve their self-protection ability. Boarding schools with dense teachers and students should further revise and improve the plan, improve the emergency evacuation signs for teachers and students, optimize the evacuation routes, and organize an earthquake and fire evacuation drill in the afternoon and evening breaks of each semester on the premise of strict organization and ensuring safety, so as to improve the awareness and ability of teachers and students in disaster reduction and emergency protection. Special reminder: the supervision power of teachers is weak during the afternoon break. The purpose of the exercise is to train the teachers on duty and the class Committee to stay in school and organize and dispatch emergencies. Before the exercise, teachers and students must be mobilized to make clear requirements. Schools with a large population can be drilled in classes and buildings and gradually pushed away. Don't exercise blindly, causing crowding and trampling.
05
Hire vice president of legal system
Schools should employ excellent public prosecutors, legal personnel, part-time vice presidents of legal system, chief security officers or legal counselors, carry out legal education such as sending students to school and mock trials, and do a good job in helping and educating problem students.
06
Carry out home-school contact
According to the statistical analysis of student safety accidents in various places, more than 90% occurred outside the school. The school holds at least one parent-teacher conference every semester to guide parents to establish a scientific educational concept and remind parents to fulfill their responsibilities of safety education and guardianship for their children in their daily lives. Encourage and advocate guardians to voluntarily buy accidental injury insurance for students. Notifications and tips sent to parents of students during school holidays should have clear time for students to leave school and return to school. Parents should be reminded of what their children will do and instructed to know what they will do when students leave school and return to school.
