1. Those who are engaged in the qualification training of road passenger and freight transport drivers shall be equipped with corresponding teaching facilities, equipment and special venues such as motor vehicle structure, motor vehicle maintenance, common fault diagnosis and elimination, cargo handling and storage, medical rescue and fire fighting equipment.

2. Those who are engaged in the qualification training of dangerous goods transport drivers shall also be equipped with facilities, equipment and special venues such as commonly used dangerous chemical samples, packaging containers, teaching wall charts and dangerous chemical laboratories.
