School-running Mode of Primary Schools in Dong Xiao
In order to put this school-running concept into practice, we have designed and operated the reconstructed school-running model from the following aspects;

Put forward the overall strategy of "research school"

Scientific research promotes schools, teaching research, teaching reform, teachers' improvement, education management, school-running level and the realization of brand schools' goals.

We regard this ideological orientation as the basic principle for the five-year development of the school, and at the same time constantly strengthen this concept in school management.

3. Choose research topics according to the needs of the school to comprehensively promote quality education.

We have conducted or are conducting the following research projects:

Research on modern science and technology education in primary and secondary schools (completed) (National Ninth Five-Year Experimental School)

Research on the development of primary and secondary school class teachers and students' quality (completed) (National Ninth Five-Year Project Experimental School)

Mental health education and research in primary and secondary schools in China (still in the experiment) (National Ninth Five-Year Plan Experimental School)

Research on the Operation Strategy of Quality Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (Continued) (Ninth Five-Year Plan)

Research on the Utilization and Development of Science Education Curriculum Resources (ongoing (Tenth Five-Year Plan))

3. Make good use of the abundant scientific research resources of Nanjing Normal University, set up a scientific research base, inject vitality into the school's "research school" and provide guarantee.

4. In-depth curriculum reform

(1) Integrate the existing curriculum resources and improve the use efficiency.

⑵ Develop and use the school-based curriculum "Psychological Education of Science and Technology in Primary Schools" (textbook).

(3) Under the guidance of professors and experts from Nanjing Normal University, carry out the research on the implementation of new curriculum standards and classroom teaching reform.

⒌ Guided by science education, the educational model of "science, subject and creation" was explored.

⑵ Utilization and development of scientific education resources.

⑶ Research on "SSC" classroom teaching mode.

⑷ "SSC" activity curriculum research.

Using "base" to promote school-based training plan in an all-round way.

(1) Establish a tutorial system, with experts and professors from Nanjing Normal University taking "graduate students".

⑵ Establish a "case study" studio, organize and guide teachers to study the hot and difficult problems found in the process of education and teaching, and improve their ability to study and solve the hot and difficult problems in education and teaching.

⑶ Establish and improve the scientific research management system, and activate the scientific research atmosphere through "rewarding the superior and punishing the inferior".

Once, realize three transformations.
