16 years old or above, junior high school education or above, familiar with the rules of football match. According to Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Sports Competition Referees, it can be known that the conditions for a football referee to hold a certificate are:

1, need at least 16 years old.

2. Have a junior high school education or above.

3. Be familiar with the rules of the football match and have good English and communication skills, because you need to communicate with other referees and players during the game.
