4. In order to avoid the loss of state-owned assets and ensure that Party A's subsidy for this project is compensated within a certain period of time. If, within five years after the project is officially put into production, the tax paid by Party B to the tax authorities of High-tech Zone (tax refund or foreign exchange earning incentive) is less than 50% of the corresponding tax promised by Party B in the project report submitted to Party A (except for preferential policies), Party B shall compensate Party A for the tax difference. Fourth, others.
1.
