According to the data of official website of China Southern Airlines, the first phase of ground service training of China Southern Airlines Company Limited lasts for about three months, during which the ground service department undertakes the overall training arrangement, assessment and management. Students who pass the ground service training assessment can enter the training department for crew qualification training.
