During the training and study period, Party A shall bear all the tuition fees, book fees, research fees, internship fees, meals, accommodation fees and transportation fees to and from the company (if necessary) ... 9. If Party B resigns during the training and study period, it shall pay Party A 2.5 times of the total training and study fees. X. After the training and study, Party B shall work in Party A continuously for 5 years. If Party B is involved in legal responsibilities, it shall be borne by employees and has nothing to do with the company. 14.
