I haven't been to New Oriental, but it is rumored (by many people) that New Oriental is not good at improving English ability. It is probably important to adjust your mentality and meet a group of like-minded people (by the way, you can motivate yourself to learn English well).
To learn a language well, the most important thing is to listen, watch and practice more.
I have the material, financial and human resources to go to Beijing New Oriental. I do more college listening exercises by myself. Listen to English for half an hour before going to bed every day (such as Crazy English) and recite more words. Because of my weakness, I can only practice more. There is no shortcut.
I've read Tang poetry for 300 times, and I can't write poetry. The same is true of English.
Since freshman year, you have been reciting words and listening to articles every day. It is estimated that it is no problem to communicate abroad after graduation (oral English still depends on your original foundation and learn more about other people's pronunciation)
