Overseas training contract
According to the provisions of the Labor Contract Law, if an employer provides special training fees and professional technical training for workers, it may conclude a clear agreement with the workers to stipulate the service period.

If the service period requirement is not met, the worker asks to leave, and the trainee can ask for compensation. The compensation amount is: the training fee multiplied by the actual service years divided by the years specified in the contract.

This kind of training is just unified training. If there is no agreed service period based on training, you don't need to take responsibility for it.
