Article 2 Scope of application: All training plans, implementation, supervision, evaluation and improvement suggestions of all employees of the Company shall be handled in accordance with this system.
Article 3 Division of powers and responsibilities
1. Rights and responsibilities of human resources department
1) Formulate and modify the company-wide training system;
2) Formulate and submit the company's training plan;
3) Collect and sort out all kinds of training information and release it in time;
4) Contact, organize or assist in the implementation of various training courses throughout the company;
5) Check and evaluate the implementation of training;
6) Manage and control training expenses;
7) Be responsible for all kinds of training records and filing of relevant materials;
8) Track and check the training effect;
2. Responsibilities of each department
1) Develop departmental training plans;
2) Formulate the training outline of the professional courses of the department;
3) Collect and provide relevant professional training information;
4) Cooperate with the implementation, feedback and communication of departmental training;
Chapter II Training Management
Article 4 Training arrangements should be based on the job responsibilities and personal interests of employees, and be as reasonable and fair as possible.
Article 5 All employees of the Company have the right and obligation to receive relevant training.
Article 6 The HR department is responsible for the formulation and modification of the company's training plan and system, the budget, review and summary report of all training expenses, the registration of training records and the filing of data, and other related training matters. All relevant departments have the right and obligation to put forward improvement opinions and suggestions and cooperate with their implementation.
Article 7 The Human Resources Department is the main authority for training implementation, effect feedback, evaluation and examination of the company, and is responsible for supervising and reporting the training implementation of the company. All departments should give necessary assistance.

Article 8 induction training for new employees
1) Training target: all new employees.
2) Training purpose: to help new employees adapt to the new working environment as soon as possible and enter the working state smoothly.
3) Training form: centralized training by the company.
4) Training content: It involves the general situation of the company (including the company's development history and prospects, corporate culture, organizational structure, distribution and functions of various departments, etc.). ), company system introduction, product introduction, etc.
Article 9 Internal training
1) Training target: all employees.
2) Training purpose: Relying on the company's internal technical strength, make the most effective use of the company's internal resources, strengthen internal communication, form a learning atmosphere of mutual assistance within the company, and enrich employees' spare time study life.
3) Training form: hold lectures, seminars and exchange meetings within the company.
4) Training content: It involves technology, management and other aspects, as well as amateur knowledge and information that employees are interested in.
Article 10 External training
1) Training target: all employees.
2) Training purpose: relying on external experts to improve the professional knowledge, industry development trend and skills that employees should have in their own posts, so as to improve the quality of each work and improve work efficiency.
3) Training form: Participate in external open classes and exchange seminars, or invite external lecturers to teach in the company.
4) Training content: involving professional technical knowledge, enterprise strategy and development, etc.
Chapter IV Formulation of Training Plan
Article 11 In combination with the company's overall strategic objectives and development plan, the Human Resources Department coordinates the needs of various departments according to the results of the investigation on the training needs of internal employees, as well as the company's relevant training policies and financial budgets, and the Human Resources Department formulates the training plan and submits it for review.
Article 12 Each department shall determine its training demand plan according to its business development needs, and feed it back to the Human Resources Department for overall planning.
Article 13 The Human Resources Department shall, according to the actual situation of the quarterly training plan, prepare a list of training courses and submit it for review.
Chapter V Training Implementation
Article 14 Induction training for new employees
1) employees generally concentrate on training in the first week of employment.
2) Training shall be organized and implemented by the Human Resources Department according to the training plan.
3) Except in special circumstances, each new employee must receive new employee training within ten working days at the longest.
Fifteenth on-the-job personnel training
1) Make full use of available resources within the company.
3) Constantly enrich and improve internal training courses, and gradually fix and circulate key courses.
4) Participants should strictly abide by the training specifications.
5) After class, the trainees will evaluate the course content, lesson preparation and teaching skills of internal lecturers, fill in the Training Effect Evaluation Form and submit it to the Human Resources Department for the record.
Article 16 External training
1) The selection of training courses should be strictly examined and approved in combination with the internal needs of the company and the company's situation.
2) The choice of students should be purposeful and voluntary, combined with everyone's career development plan.
3) Training related materials (including teaching materials, PPT, certificates, training summaries, etc.). ) must be backed up and filed in the human resources department.
Article 17 attendance system
1. Once all training is confirmed, except for special reasons, students must make arrangements in advance and attend on time; Those who can't attend should inform the Human Resources Department in advance and give reasonable reasons, otherwise they will be regarded as absent without reason.
2. All training courses held by the company (including internal training of external lecturers, internal training lectures and various internal seminars and exchange meetings, etc.). ), participants must strictly abide by the training norms; Sign-in before class should be recorded by a special person, and the Training Sign-in Form should be filled in. Attendance will be used as a reference factor for training evaluation.
Eighteenth training assessment, evaluation and rewards and punishments.
1. In principle, the training organized by each department should have assessment results and record them in employee files as one of the necessary conditions for employees' salary increase and promotion.
2. The training organized by the Human Resources Department shall be assessed by the Human Resources Department; The training organized by each department is assessed by each department, and the human resources department is responsible for checking and archiving.
3. The assessment forms are mainly quantitative assessment, supplemented by qualitative assessment.
4. The company will give administrative or economic punishment to those who don't attend the training without reason.
Article 19 Organizational guarantee of training
