Datong Preschool Normal School is the only public secondary vocational school in northern Shanxi, which enjoys a high reputation. Over the years, a large number of preschool education talents have been trained for Datong and its surrounding areas. In line with the concept of serving the society and parents, Wang Xiaoping and I docked with Datong Dandelion Kindergarten, entered the kindergarten at the invitation of the director and parents, and observed and analyzed Hao Hao's aggressive behavior for two months.

The observation period is 2 months, once a week. Mainly observe Hao Hao's study and life performance in kindergarten, including comprehensive observation of self-care ability, social communication ability and learning ability. Through observation, we found that Hao Hao's aggressive behavior was obvious, so we focused on recording the communication process between Hao Hao and the children.

Through observation and analysis, we also put forward some suggestions, including guidance suggestions for teachers in educational activities and corrective and coping measures for parents' aggressive behavior towards Hao Hao in daily life.

Suggestion:

1. Family education knowledge training for community parents is essential. Children's early education is mainly completed in the family, and the quality of parents determines their behavior. At this stage, although parents are very concerned about their children's education, they lack concrete and feasible guidance. Therefore, raising parents' awareness and teaching them the correct methods is the focus of community early education.

2. Kindergarten training for teachers is also very important. In the specific work of kindergarten, teachers work in the front line, know the performance of children like the back of their hands, and are familiar with the family situation.

However, most kindergartens only pay attention to the cultivation of preschool teachers' professional ability and neglect the cultivation of educational research methods, which leads teachers to pay attention to teaching quality and neglect the cultivation of children's psychological and behavioral habits. If preschool teachers are trained in educational theoretical knowledge and educational research methods, their abilities of observing, analyzing and solving problems will be enhanced, which will be more helpful to the development of preschool children and family education.

Reflection:

1. The observation time of children's cases is relatively short, because there are not enough times to observe children comprehensively and carefully. If the observation is recorded by the kindergarten teacher, the observation will be more detailed, can accurately reflect the performance of children in activities, and is more helpful to accurately analyze the behavior of children.

2. Children's aggressive behavior is not formed overnight, but caused by long-term deviation of family education. The main reason is the lack of parents' family education knowledge, and many parents neglect the education of their children because of their busy work.

Some parents also know some theoretical knowledge, but it is difficult to experience it in their children. There are also grandparents who participate in education, and the elderly love their children, which leads to inconsistent education methods and forms a willful and overbearing character of children.
