Over the years, the training center of China Meteorological Bureau has conscientiously implemented the three strategies of China Meteorological Bureau, accumulated some successful experiences in developing continuing education, and initially formed various types, levels and classes of continuing education and on-the-job training systems. Advanced seminars for management cadres, advanced seminars for engineers, comprehensive training courses for department-level management cadres, advanced English intensive courses, training courses on the application of meteorological satellite data and products, training courses on the principle and application of new generation weather radar and training courses on major meteorological modernization projects have become the main bodies of continuing education and on-the-job training.
