In addition, decision makers should also avoid conveying instructions in vague and ambiguous words, so as not to make employees' job orientation ambiguous.

A task is completed, but if it causes unnecessary trouble to other departments or personnel, it is very imperfect. Although each department has its own responsibilities, it always considers problems from the perspective of its own department, and some viewpoints, attitudes and behaviors will inevitably be too narrow. The worst phenomenon is that it will lead to irrelevant things and hang high. A department is an independent small organization, so we should look at the work from the perspective of complementary cooperation. In cooperation, we should compete happily, exert team spirit and create a harmonious working atmosphere of collective and ownership. Only in this way can employees take the initiative to work for the organization in a timely and accurate manner without any supervision, remuneration and conditions.
