Send it directly to China Copyright Protection Center (it takes a long time, and it is likely to be corrected, even if you can't apply for something in a reasonable way from the beginning). 3. Look for local or Beijing institutions (professional and unprofessional are recommended). The process is basically the same: 1. Online declaration and printing of the third page, stamp, 2. Preparation and submission of materials, 3. Accept payment (until the problematic amendment is passed), 4. Revisions in the second instance (until the problematic amendments are passed and no problems are skipped), 5. Publicity and certification of software testing is another job, which is an extra charge independent of software copyright.
