Meet the qualification of water service stipulated in the Rules for Crew Examination.

1, at least 18 years old but not more than 60 years old.

2, according to the requirements of the "domestic inland river ship crew competency examination and certification rules", a new version of the competency certificate has been issued.

3. Accept the competency training of inland river ship crew corresponding to the category and post qualification of the competency certificate applied for.

4, in accordance with the provisions, hold a valid crew service book and meet the requirements of the "rules for the examination of seafarers" water service qualifications, good safety record.
