General provinces and prefecture-level cities have optometrist examination centers at all levels, generally twice a year. The examination time and frequency of national first-class and second-class optometrists are not fixed. Even in Beijing and Tianjin, there are two classes in April and 1 1 month every year.

As far as I know, there are three test sites in Tianjin: Beijing Yuanda Road, Tiantan and Fengtai, Wan Li Road Optometry School, Waseda Center of Tianjin Vocational College, and more than one test site in Jinan, Zhengzhou, Shanghai, Wenzhou and Guangzhou. Grading needs to be done step by step. Those with professional experience can pass the primary optometrist and directly take the intermediate optometrist (level 4).
