Bohai university College is under the unified management of bohai university Vocational College. Located in the East Campus, Jinzhou East, under the Purple Mountain, by the Xiaoling River.

Bohai university Higher Vocational and Technical College is a secondary teaching unit affiliated to bohai university and one of the earliest ordinary colleges and universities in Liaoning Province. There are 5 departments (accounting, foreign trade, tourism and food, business administration and computer) and 25 majors and directions, among which 1 national pilot major (tourism and hotel management) and 3 provincial pilot majors (accounting computerization, foreign trade practice and marketing).

Bohai university College and No.2 Middle School belong to the same school.
