The financial office should be strictly managed. Non-employees of the unit are not allowed to enter, and non-employees of the department are not allowed to stay overnight. Financial personnel should stick to their posts on duty and check whether doors and windows, safes and drawers are locked when leaving; After the toll collector pays the money, the monitor and conductor can leave; The alarm in the ticket counter room is managed by a special person, and should be switched on and off on time to ensure the safety of the ticket counter room. The person in charge of the ticket should be conscientious, strictly handle the issuance and verification procedures of the ticket, and effectively prevent the insect and rat bites.
The canteen administrator should record the fare in time to ensure that the receipt and delivery of meal tickets are consistent with the cashier. Large stoves and gas stoves should be inspected frequently, and hidden dangers should be handled in time to avoid fire. The canteen and warehouse should be managed by special personnel. Non-staff members are not allowed to enter the operating room, warehouse and canteen without permission and lock them when no one is around.
Drivers should abide by traffic regulations, drive at a medium speed, do not drive a "hero car", check, repair and maintain the car in time, and it is strictly forbidden to use the car for personal affairs or give it to others to drive. When parking, stop at a reasonable position, and close and lock the car.
Employees should take good care of and use charging facilities correctly, and are not allowed to go to work or go out by bike or stay on the ramp. In case of emergency or major situation, it is necessary to report to the leaders and inspectors on duty in time and deal with them quickly.
Electricians should abide by relevant laws and regulations, stick to their posts and inspect power lines in time. No matter whether the line is charged or not, it is regarded as charged, and you should walk along the windward side of the line. When looking for grounding fault, measures should be taken to prevent overvoltage. Before the transformer room is shut down for maintenance or equipment installation, the personnel on duty should take relevant safety measures and explain them to the person in charge one by one. Non-electrician personnel are not allowed to enter the power distribution room without authorization, and must undergo relevant safety education and meet the qualification requirements.
