The college has a team of teachers with high political quality, strong professional ability and full of vitality. At present, there are 80 faculty members, including 74 full-time teachers, 2 1 full-time teachers in secondary and higher vocational schools, 35 lecturers, 38 postgraduate teachers, 3 postgraduate teachers 13 and 5 foreign teachers. The college attaches great importance to the international exchange and cooperation of teachers, and has long hired foreign teachers from the United States, Britain, Canada, Japan and other countries to teach in the college. At the same time, it has sent a group of outstanding young teachers abroad for training and inspection.

At present, the college has five majors: English, English (Japanese direction), English (business), Japanese and Chinese as a foreign language. There are teaching institutions such as English Department, Japanese Department, Chinese as a Foreign Language Department, College English Teaching Department, Russian Teaching and Research Department, and there are currently 587 undergraduates. The college attaches great importance to the management of teaching quality and has established a complete teaching evaluation system, including leaders' lectures, teachers' mutual evaluation, teachers' evaluation of learning, students' evaluation of teaching, teaching supervisors' evaluation of learning and teaching. The college has complete teaching and research facilities and perfect school conditions. There are three sets of analog, digital and computer voice classrooms at all levels 13, two sets of English FM radio stations and one language audio-visual classroom. There are more than 30 kinds of Chinese and foreign periodicals, more than 0/000 volumes of professional books and more than 0/000 discs (departments) of various audio-visual materials in the reference room of the college library.
