Legal Analysis: On June 30th, 2004, the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) was passed by the Fourth Session of the Eighth NPC Standing Committee in People's Republic of China (PRC), and came into effect on June 30th, 2004. According to the Decision of NPC Standing Committee on Amending Some Laws adopted at the 10th meeting of the 11th NPC Standing Committee on August 27th, 2009.
