According to China emba Admissions Information Network, the interviewer is mainly a senior doctoral supervisor of the college, focusing on the applicant's management experience, comprehensive quality and training potential. The interview is mainly divided into the following two parts.

1. The applicant shall make a self-statement on his personal education background, work experience, entrepreneurial process and business performance;

2. According to personal narrative and written answers to the questions listed in the application form, the judges conducted in-depth exchanges with the candidates, focusing on their leadership and strategic courage.

Among them, interview assessment mainly includes communication skills, logical reasoning and comprehensive analysis skills, team awareness and coordination skills, knowledge of the industry, management experience, understanding of EMBA programs and learning motivation.
