Training course structure
Hello, Chinese public education is at your service.

The difference between leaderless and structured interview training is that the structure is 5-7 examiners, one of whom is an examiner. During the interview, the examiner asks questions, and other examiners only participate in grading. The general questions are 3-5.

It may be to ask a question and answer a question, or it may be to give candidates a question book, so that candidates can read the questions themselves and answer them one by one; The interview form of the leaderless group is to group the candidates first, and then a group of candidates will be conducted at the same time.

In the interview, all candidates in a question group are generally free to speak, and there is no order of answers. The examiner will give scores according to the candidates' speeches. Without leadership, it is easy to highlight the candidate's personal ability.

It is more difficult to be excellent than to be structural.
