I also lost my temper with them, but they all patiently listened to my anger and then patiently negotiated with us. They feel that their attitude is really good, at least not like other institutions, regardless of whether they ask or not. My classmate applied to other colleges and universities, and there were no classes in our school at that time. They didn't explain a word. They told me directly where to go to class, and the students didn't ask for a refund. They also lost their temper with my classmate and finally didn't answer the phone. Compared with my classmates', I think mine is much better. At least the pioneers I reported are brave enough to take responsibility rather than escape, so choosing pioneers is much better than choosing other institutions. This is my personal experience.
