Attention should be paid to the training of teachers in weak subjects in rural primary and secondary schools, and the training of teachers in music, physical education, fine arts, science, information technology, general technology and comprehensive practical activities, mental health education, preschool education and special education in rural schools should be strengthened by combining centralized training with remote follow-up guidance. We should attach importance to teacher training in border ethnic areas, adopt the methods of "going out, please come in" and "counterpart support", and select high-level colleges to conduct targeted training for rural primary and secondary school teachers. In areas with sudden major natural disasters, teachers should be arranged for psychological rehabilitation education and training in time.

Distance training of rural primary and secondary school teachers
