I am honored to speak for you here on behalf of my classmates. Today is a particularly unforgettable day. At this point, my thoughts are boiling. Please allow me to express my lofty "thanks".

First of all, I would like to thank the SME Office of the municipal government for building a good learning platform for us. We would also like to thank the teachers of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics for designing comprehensive, systematic and efficient professional training courses for us. Teachers have selflessly dedicated their valuable teaching experience and life insights to us. I am grateful to the government for giving me this opportunity to learn, and I have met so many like-minded students with the same ideals and pursuits.

First of all, training broadens our horizons. Through this training, I feel the following points:

1. Governments at all levels, from central to local, have established corresponding institutions to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the government has also issued corresponding support policies. This time, the training of small and micro enterprises was carried out, and all the work was implemented. The sunshine of preferential policies finally shines on small and micro enterprises.

2. Teachers have comprehensively and systematically analyzed the economic forms at home and abroad, the difficulties in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and many other problems that plague enterprises. In the study, we fully realize the importance of entrepreneurs' vision, and realize that ideas determine the way out and the problems encountered in the development of enterprises. Some problems will be suddenly enlightened;

3. During the learning process of the training course, the students of the fifth period actively carried out online interaction and organized two after-school activities. The students introduced the development of their respective companies and exchanged views on the problems encountered in their growth.

4. Training makes us realize that when the development (transformation and upgrading) of a few micro-enterprises is at a critical moment, we should follow the laws of market space and eliminate some traditional industries that have no room for survival and development. Let us fully realize that the fiercer the competition, the more we need to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, and innovation can take off quickly.

2. After the training course, our fifth class will continue, and we will actively carry out the exchange activities of the "Business Plan Forum", such as: ① online exchange, ② regular (such as quarterly) gatherings, taking turns to visit their respective enterprises, ③ exploring market opportunities, and ④ transforming and upgrading through gatherings to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between enterprises and help them improve their market competitiveness. In addition, we are also preparing to build and screen high-tech projects: raise funds, make joint investments, establish projects, and use resources from all sides to set up new companies. We hope to make full use of the resources of the SME Office of the Government, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and students to cooperate, strengthen exchanges and promote the faster growth of enterprises!

Finally, we should take graduation as a new starting point, bring the thinking and harvest of training back to enterprise practice, and drive the team to learn together and forge ahead together!
