Dear leaders, teachers and comrades, good morning. I am also a student of the National School of Education Administration. I graduated from the training class in May 2008. First of all, I sincerely thank my alma mater for providing me with this opportunity to study. The topic of my report is "Insist on moral education and integrate socialist core values into the whole process of primary and secondary education". This work began with the decision of strengthening the construction of socialist core value system put forward by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee in 2007. First, according to the topic, lead the classroom practice to develop a long-term thinking, carry out the socialist core values and value system in a planned and step-by-step manner, and carry forward the socialist core values; Second, taking compiling the outline as the traction, promoting the socialist core values into the classroom; The third is to promote the socialist core values into the mind with the goal of practical cultivation; The fourth is to promote the long-term cultivation and practice of socialist core values with the guarantee of establishing rules and regulations.
First, take research as the starting point to promote socialist core values into schools. We have carried out three waves of big research and hundreds of small curriculum research. Three waves of research: the first wave is to seek ideas and conduct strategic research. Since 2007, the education group composed of leaders of Xiamen Municipal Committee and other key teachers has conducted research on more than 300 primary and secondary schools in the city by means of subject research, questionnaire survey, discussion and individual interviews. Through investigation, the situation of primary and secondary schools in the city is preliminarily found out, the development characteristics and influencing factors of mainstream groups are revealed, and six principles and seven ways to integrate the socialist core value system into the whole process of primary and secondary education are put forward. We selected all the representative schools in the city from primary school to high school 18 as the pilot. From this, we found an effective way to integrate the socialist core value system into the whole process of primary and secondary schools and accumulated practical experience. The second major research is to focus on teaching and carry out research on subject education. Since 20 13, we have taken effective measures to integrate socialist core values into the research. Seven measures provide effective methods for socialist core values. During the research, we invited the teachers from Beijing Normal University of the Central Party School to guide us. Formed a set of effective maps with core values and local characteristics. Many media have reported it.
Second, take compiling the outline as the traction to promote socialist values into the classroom. The main channel for schools to cultivate and practice socialist core values is the classroom. On the basis of summarizing and sorting out the research topics, a research group composed of 300 teaching researchers and teachers was set up, and the Socialist Core Values and the School Education Guidance Outline were compiled. This program is 1 188 pages and 1.54 million words, which provides curriculum standards for the core education of socialist core values and promotes society according to the program. On the one hand, from the perspective of teaching content, it is clear what kind of goals primary school students and junior high school students should grasp, determine the content system according to such goals, and adopt content methods. For example, in the education of patriotism knowledge, the Chinese subject focuses on guiding students to taste the beautiful language of the motherland, recite classic ancient poems and texts, and feel the classic grammar from them. Junior high school history, enhance national self-confidence. Mathematics, physical chemistry and other disciplines pay attention to the combination of the history of mathematics and the history of science and technology, guide students to understand the great achievements and outstanding contributions of science and technology in China, enhance national pride, and motivate students to study hard.
Second, the teaching method pays attention to actual effect. First, seeking truth, starting from the real life of students. Guide students to study in life, think in learning, reflect in thinking, and make judgments and choices in reflection. The second is to change the traditional direct indoctrination into positive value construction, pay attention to students' thinking training, and help students learn to analyze and evaluate and make correct choices through suggestive guidance and information provision. The third is to seek infiltration, find the right starting point, choose the right starting point, and infiltrate the basic ideas and basic attempts of socialist core values into extracurricular homework and teaching activities. For example, in the teaching process of "judging congruence of right triangle" in the math class of grade one, national pride is enhanced by showing Zhao Shuang's string diagram to prove China's ancient Pythagorean theorem. The third aspect is to share teaching results, prepare lessons collectively, demonstrate teaching, give lectures and communicate after class.
The third practice of our newspaper is to promote the cultivation of socialist core values with practice as the goal, cultivate and practice socialist core values, focus on practice and cultivation, and facilitate teachers and students to act consciously.
First, give full play to the exemplary role of teachers, highlight the guidance of teachers' morality, and take the oath to take the lead in building beautiful Xiamen and learning from Lei Feng by guiding teachers and devoting themselves to the construction of civilization.
The second is to give full play to students' main role and strengthen self-education. Guide students to closely combine the basic concepts and common sense of socialist core values learned in class with real life, and strive to be an ideal person, a moral person and a civilized and rational citizen, such as organizing students to participate in civilized schools, civilized city creation activities, and launching a summer camp with the theme of "One Day, One Day, North City". As well as the achievements made in the reform of Xiamen Special Economic Zone, guide students to carry out patriotic consciousness education and improve their ideological and moral level. And advocate the school to carry out theme education activities. For example, our elite school, a private school, implements 12 kinds of quality of life and one quality for one month according to the quality of twelve months. Guide students to carry out "Six Ones" activities, read a good book, tell a good story, compile a handwritten newspaper, guide students to understand the history of Chinese civilization and the development of the school, and cultivate the feelings of patriotism and love for the school. Through the above activities, the ideological and moral construction of minors has been effectively promoted, and the national advanced unit for ideological and moral construction of minors has been obtained.
The fourth practice of our newspaper is to cultivate and practice socialist core values for a long time with the guarantee of establishing rules and regulations.
First, the evaluation mechanism, which is incorporated into the school education and teaching supervision and evaluation system, is an important part of the school's overall construction and perfect evaluation, which is very beneficial to the school supervision and evaluation. Included in the teacher training system, the annual performance appraisal must be checked and evaluated.
Second, * * * education mechanism, build a three-dimensional education network of family education, social education and school education, * * * promote integration and establish parent education schools. At present, six district-level family education schools and family education supervision stations have been set up in the city, and September of each year is designated as the implementation month of family education ethics. The education administrative department gives lectures to parents, with more than one lecture per year 100, which is well received by parents. The contents of the lecture include being good parents of children, outstanding citizens who enter school with socialist core values and so on.
The third is the incentive mechanism, which combines the effectiveness of practicing socialist core values with evaluation. In recent years, more than 200 prestigious schools and more than 600 outstanding principals and teachers selected by our organization are mostly related to practicing socialist core values.
The fourth is the mechanism, giving full play to the campus cultural mechanism, carrying forward the socialist core values, creating a strong atmosphere, cultivating good students and teenagers around us, promoting positive energy and promoting work. Through the above work, we can integrate into the whole process of primary and secondary education.
Dear leaders and teachers, although we have integrated the socialist core values into the whole process of primary and secondary education, there is still a gap with some schools. We will, in accordance with the arrangements of the Central Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee, learn from the experience of our brother units and promote the integration of socialist core values into the whole process of primary and secondary education, hoping to do better and correct the shortcomings.
