The process assessment in the standardized training of residents mainly includes daily and off-campus assessment, annual assessment and stage assessment, involving medical ethics, clinical professionalism, attendance, clinical practice ability, completion of training indicators and participation in business learning. The training base strictly organizes the implementation of process assessment, and the results of process assessment should be recorded in the standardized training assessment of residents in time.

Residents complete a department rotation, and the teaching and training management team of the department evaluates the residents, and fills in the assessment results in the Standardized Training Manual for Residents (Specialist). The assessment content includes the following five aspects:
(1) Attendance: The resident completes the prescribed rotation time, with the evaluation of the teaching teacher as the scoring point.
(2) Work attitude: studious, unite colleagues, respect teachers and care about the collective. Take the evaluation of general practitioners, teachers and colleagues as the scoring point.
(3) Medical ethics: patient-centered, caring for patients. Take the evaluation of teachers and colleagues in the department as the collection point.
(4) Professional theory: the assessment teams of all subjects conduct specialist theoretical assessment, which can be written or interviewed.
(5) Clinical ability (interview): There are three kinds of clinical ability, namely, the ability to inquire about the medical history in detail and the ability of the specialist to have a correct physical examination; Case analysis ability, including diagnosis, differential diagnosis, disease change analysis, correct treatment plan, prognosis estimation, etc. Practical operation ability, non-surgical departments to test lumbar puncture, chest puncture, abdominal puncture, bone puncture, film reading, or specialist examination operation. Examination of aseptic operation, operation operation of common diseases, matters needing attention, emergency treatment, etc. The ability assessment of auxiliary departments is slightly different.
2. Annual evaluation
After one year of training, those who pass the examination of each rotation department are allowed to participate in the annual examination. The evaluation is completed by the Education and Training Department, the Medical Department and the clinical experts. The results will be recorded in the standardized training files of residents and included in the regular assessment of doctors. The assessment content includes five aspects, in which professional theories and professional foreign languages are organized by education and training departments and medical departments. In the part of clinical ability, the education and training department and the medical department organize experts to conduct unified assessment.
3. Stage evaluation
After graduation, the XX Provincial Medical Education Committee organized the first and second stage theoretical examinations, and the XX Municipal Health Planning Commission organized the first and second stage clinical skills examinations. After passing the theory and skills examination, the first stage will be awarded the certificate of standardized training for residents in XX Province printed by the Medical Education Committee of XX Province, and the second stage will be awarded the certificate of standardized training for residents in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the National Health Planning Commission.
