6. Have a high school or technical secondary school education, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 10 years, have been formally trained by a professional human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate;

Second, the advantages of educational institutions:

Enterprise human resources manager level 2, with the following two conditions can sign up for the national unified examination;

1, college degree or above.

2. At least 24 years old and above
