Becoming an outdoor leader for the first time
I like hiking very much, so I applied for a tour leader interview on the 32nd. I passed the interview and led my team to Liupian Mountain in Guangzhou for the first time on May 24th, 2020.

Going to the meeting place early in the morning should be considered as assistance. The old team leader taught himself how to help users sign in, and he followed suit.

There was a stretching exercise before departure, led by the old team leader. It was a little embarrassing to stand in front of the team and look at the users below. I think when I was a user, the team leader was teaching us to warm up, and I was not so embarrassed. Haha, it may be the first time! I hope I can get used to it next time.

Not far from the mountain, I met a user sitting alone on the ground. I went up to ask her what was wrong. The user said that he didn't come out to exercise during the epidemic. This is the first time he came out after the epidemic, and he felt a little uncomfortable. I stayed with her all the time, and then contacted the main leaders on the walkie-talkie. After resting for a while, the user said that he would continue to move forward with us when he recovered.

I am still very happy to see this after the activity.

Because I am in the squadron, I have to help the front team and the tail team. When the front line reached the fork in the road, I ran to show the way to the users behind. There is a distance in the middle of the forest. There is no one in front and no one behind, only me. I am afraid that a snake will fall from the mountain. When I was a child, I was frightened by snakes. I have been running and fighting with myself, "Nothing, nothing." After running for about 20 minutes, I finally saw someone's place, and my nervous spirit eased a lot.

This is how I completed my first time as a team leader. I gained a lot of insights and got to know a lot of interesting souls.

Don't be afraid, run forward. So is the road of life.
