Problem: Business training can not only make employees more proficient in their own business, but also increase the chances of promotion and salary increase. I don't know why many employees don't want to attend.
This topic can be answered from three aspects: company, business department and human resources department.
First, from the company's point of view.
Enterprise training can be divided into three stages: discrete stage, integration stage and learning organization stage. From the name, we can see the attitude of enterprises to training at different stages.
If unfortunately, the training of your enterprise is in a discrete stage, then the main work of the enterprise at present is only business, business and business. The rest are obstacles, obstacles, obstacles.
So at this stage, if HR wants to organize training, it must ask people: executives, managers, trainees, people who support or participate in training. The difficulty of organizing training can be imagined.
In such a unit, it is generally believed that the HR department is dispensable, so it is understandable that no one does not attend the training.
Second, from the perspective of business departments.
If an enterprise is in the initial stage and growth stage, the business development of the enterprise is the most important, and every business person has performance indicators on his head. Besides visiting customers every day, how can he have time to attend training? Even if he took part in the remote water, he couldn't quench his thirst.
Therefore, the managers of my business department generally promise training verbally and deal with it secretly. Sometimes even if employees want to attend training, they will be cleaned up by the manager.
Third, from the perspective of human resources department.
Most hr actually don't understand business, so for companies and business departments, HR is a layman!
If HR doesn't study business, and doesn't understand the business development priorities of enterprises and the actual needs of departments, in most cases, what courses are popular in the market, but the training provided by HR is actually out of touch with the needs of business development. Therefore, the willingness of business departments to participate in training is not high, even though enterprises have standardized training systems and processes.
Therefore, if the business department is interested in training and willing to participate, it is a shortcut to design training courses according to the needs of enterprise and business development and design training methods according to the level and type of personnel.
