(1) Prepare the team training plan, and under the leadership of the monitor, earnestly implement and strive to complete the training tasks assigned by the breakout (workshop) and work area (county bureau).

(2) Organize team members to learn the technical specifications of the equipment under their jurisdiction and be familiar with the equipment situation and rules and regulations.

(3) Relying on team members and combining team characteristics, carry out team training activities.

(4) Assist the monitor in daily shift training, such as on-site examination, safety knowledge quiz, technical explanation, technical quiz, accident prediction, etc.

(5) Assist the monitor to arrange on-the-job training for new employees, supervise and inspect the implementation of the mentoring contract, and do a good job in the assessment and spot check of new employees.
