Lawyers must consciously complete the corresponding continuing education and training hours in accordance with the following provisions every year before they can be regarded as completing the annual continuing education task:
(a) lawyers under the age of 55 must participate in continuing education and training for not less than 40 hours, including on-site training for not less than 4 hours;
(two) lawyers over 55 years old (including 55 years old) but under 60 years old shall participate in continuing education and training for not less than 20 hours, including on-site training for not less than 4 hours;
(3) Lawyers over 60 years old (including 60 years old) but under 65 years old are required to attend continuing education and training for at least 10 hours, of which on-site continuing education and training hours are not required;
(4) Lawyers over 65 years old (including 65 years old) and above may choose the duration of continuing education and training according to their physical condition and practice;
(five) due to injury, hospitalization, maternity and other objective reasons can not participate in continuing education and training, it should be reported to the bar association in a timely manner, and submit relevant certification materials. With the approval of the examination and approval, the requirements for continuing education and training in that year may be reduced or exempted from participating in continuing education and training in that year;
(6) Requirements for lawyers who have obtained the practice certificate for the first time or stopped their business and re-applied for the practice certificate less than 1 year to participate in continuing education and training in that year:
1. If the internship time exceeds 9 months, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Items 1 to Item 3 of this Article;
2. If the internship time is more than 4 months but less than 9 months, 50% of the class hours specified in items 1 to 3 of this article shall be implemented, but the on-site training shall not be less than 4 class hours;
3. If the internship time is less than 4 months, the duration of continuing education and training is not required.
